City utility customers can now:

  1. Make credit card payments for your city utility bill (water, reclaimed water, sewer, sanitation.).
           A convenience fee will be added to each credit card transaction.
  2. View your specific account information (payment and billing history, consumption report and service summary).
  3. Sign up for Automatic Bill Payments and other service change requests..
  4. Submit comments or concerns to us optionally asking for a response.
  5. Enroll or Disenroll from the Angel Fund program.
  6. Make an Angel Fund contribution with your credit card. 

This service is unavailable from approximately 2am to 4am daily due to system maintenance.

FIRST-TIME USERS, please find your temporary PIN on your Utility Bill. Be sure to use the upper shift key for the letters in your temporary PIN.

IF YOU'VE ALREADY REGISTERED, fill in your customer number (the last 6 digits of the account number) and PIN to access your account information and/or make a credit card payment on your utility bill.
